Making God Known Through Word and Deed.
I was born in Devils Lake, North Dakota and grew up in Minnesota. We both graduated from Luther Seminary in 2003. We have found that we work best when serving together and enjoyed serving First Lutheran in Volga from 2007 to January 2023. We now live in Watertown and are parents to three boys. Kyan is 18, Easton is 16 and Micah is 14. We are excited to have to privilege to serve as pastors at Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer.

I was born and raised in Watertown, South Dakota with me being the only child. In 2008 I graduated from the Watertown High School. I’m currently working full time as the Maintenance Technician at a local dental office and part time at LCOOR. When I’m not working I enjoy working on my house and doing stuff outside. I like camping, traveling fishing, car shows and everything to do with the outdoors.
Business Administrative Assistant
I grew up in Aberdeen and moved to Watertown in 2012 to attend LATI. After graduating in 2014 with a Associates Degree of Applied Science, my husband and I spent five years living and working in the Webster area. We moved back to Watertown in 2021 and welcomed a daughter in August 2022. My family includes my husband Ryan, daughter Rylee, and spoiled dog Moose. In our free time we enjoy traveling, camping, hiking, skiing, gardening and spending time with our family and friends.
Preschool Director & Teacher
I graduated from NSU with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Early Childhood. I taught Preschool for four years in Mitchell, SD and Lakeville, MN. I then moved back to my hometown of Sisseton, SD and taught for nine years at Westside Elementary. My family then moved to Watertown, where I had the opportunity to stay home with my three girls for the last five years. I love spending time with my family, hanging out at our lake cabin and watching MN Wild hockey.
Wendy and her husband DeLyle are members of Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer. They have three children; Blake, Wyatt and Abby. If you are at the church on Wednesday evenings, you probably have seen her and her family as she has been teaching Wednesday Church School for several years and attends W.O.W. Worship. We are blessed to have Wendy be a part of the LCOOR Preschool.
